As a condition for registering for instructional courses offered by Thrive Consulting LLC, doing business as Thrive Education Services and Thrive Business Group (“Thrive”), each registrant is required to read and agree to the following release and waiver:

I acknowledge that the information contained in the courses offered by Thrive is for general educational purposes only, is not intended to offer advice for specific situations and that I should not rely on any information or advice offered in the courses without first consulting with qualified professionals regarding the specifics of my situation, including without limitation, accounting and legal professionals.

In consideration for being allowed to register for the courses offered by Thrive, I release Thrive and its members, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability and waive and release Thrive or its members, employees, representatives, or agents for any and all claims, actions, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the Thrive courses, including without limitation my use of or reliance on any information provided in the courses. 

I acknowledge I would not be permitted to register for the courses without having agreed to the release and waiver set forth herein. I have read this release, I understand the legal consequences of agreeing to these terms, which include releasing Thrive from all liability and waiving my right to sue Thrive, and I am agreeing freely.
